ADHD

When staying organized, managing time, or following through feels frustrating, it can affect how you see yourself. We’ll explore your individual challenges, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that fit your everyday life.

Depression

When life feels heavy, disconnected, or overwhelming, even everyday tasks can take considerable effort. We’ll make room for what you’re experiencing while working toward manageable steps that support connection, purpose, and daily well-being.

Areas I Help With

My approach combines compassion, honest conversations, and a willingness to challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward greater understanding and practical changes that support your goals.

Anger Management

Anger deserves attention and how you respond to it matters. Together, we’ll explore what fuels your anger, recognize patterns in your reactions, and practice expressing yourself in ways that support your relationships and goals.

Chronic Health Issues

Living with ongoing health challenges can affect your relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. Counseling offers space to process frustration, grief, and uncertainty while exploring coping strategies, communicating your needs, and adjusting to change.

Additional Support

My experience also extends to life transitions, communication challenges, self-esteem, Relationship Issues, Womens Issues, LQBTQIA+ and cultural and ethnic identity. You don’t need a diagnosis or the perfect words for what you’re experiencing to begin a conversation.

Don’t see your concern listed? Reach out so we can discuss your needs and whether my approach is a good fit.

Anxiety

Overthinking, worry, and second-guessing can take up a lot of space in your life. We’ll explore what keeps these patterns going and work on ways to respond to uncertainty, navigate difficult feelings, and make choices with greater confidence.

PTSD & Complex Trauma

Traumatic experiences can affect how you feel about yourself, relate to others, and move through the world. We’ll work at a pace that respects your boundaries, exploring how past experiences affect your present and developing ways to feel more grounded and supported.
